chart.exe (alias AstroMaster) is an astrological program to compute charts with transneptunian bodies (asteroids, planetoids, cubewanos, centaurs, SDOs, dwarf planets). Beside the twelve standard planets in the inner circle it can display transneptunian bodies or other bodies in the outer circle. This gives a clearer overview for the display of the additional planets and the display for the standard planets is not disturbed. It also gives you the possibility to explore the nakshatras or moon mansions and the decans in connection with the transneptunian bodies which are assigned to each of those:
